About Kindermusik

Kindermusik is a classroom learning experience. We teach children music so they can become better learners. It's not about making little Mozarts. It's about developing skills in the whole child - ages newborn to 8 years - cognitive, physical, social, emotional, language and musical. For more than 30 years, we have believed music is the best conductor for learning.

"This is my favorite class I take with Z.  It's a great group of parents and kids and he is learning SO much!  My mother-in-law brought Z to class and also loved it - and she has a PhD in early childhood!  She loved that you tell the parents why we are doing certain activities and what developmental aspect is being "worked on" through the activity.  Thanks for being such a wonderful teacher."  L. Kramer, mother of Z, age 2.5, May, 2010

Preparing your child for success in school and life means including your child's first and most important educator - you. As you participate in every step of the learning process, you'll see firsthand just how essential Kindermusik is to your child's growth.  The classroom learning continues at home when you set aside time each day with your child to read, to listen to music, or do unique, creative activities - all using the At Home Materials Every Kindermusik semester comes with home materials.  Each full kit includes a book, CD, age appropriate instrument, and activity book or journal.  If another child in your family has already taken this class, your fees are reduced as a sibling kit replaces the full home materials.

We believe parents are the best educators. As your child grows, Kindermusik understands the development process taking place. We also want you to understand that process, because when a child's learning needs are best understood in the classroom and at home, Kindermusik can foster all aspects of your child's development while developing a natural sense of musical appreciation and capability.
